sometimes teeth are removed if someone is in a extensive comatose state or someone like her who was in and out but incapacitated and wouldnt understand/fight it, in order to be able to tube feed or remove secretions. It’s one of the measures they take to prevent any injuries if someone is combatant or at risk for choking or biting. :(

Reading these comments, it is shocking how low the education is for many grown adults regarding the basic judicial system. They can't differentiate the civil system from the criminal system. They have no comprehension of why civil liability being adjudicated is important. We need to invest more into the public school system, and make sure no one reaches adulthood without basic knowledge, especially if they plan on becoming parents and need to aid their own child's basic education.

This was a civil case. It is solely about money. No one can be incarcerated in a civil case. Civil and criminal law are two completely different systems. Nick Gordon died shortly afterwards anyway.

To adjudicate civil liability accomplishes a great deal. The judge handled the verdict and judgment just as he was suppose to, but the lack of judicial knowledge in these comments is shameless.
