Judge Blum denies retrial in Mavrick Fisher murder case, dismisses deadlocked charges

Judge Blum denied a retrial in the Mavrick Fisher murder case and dismissed the two deadlocked charges. Here is a recap from guest reporters Joey and Jacob Baer. Video clips of the hearing and interviews with District Attorney Susan Krones and Defense Attorney Thomas Feimer are included.

Remeber famous Oj Simpson murder trial jurors not guilty.. OJ was walk free in 1994. Again trouble OJ Simpson armed robbery & kidnapping man for memorial sports collection in 2007 . He went to jail.. 33 years then again O.J. served 9 yrs released he have good behavior he still on parole 2017. Same like mavrick❓

I think Mav isn't realising that he will have a record for life.. he will have a HARD time finding honest employment, an apt, etc.. people don't realise how important a clean record is to getting work, an apt, etc..

I’m hoping he does get after release probation with track device on him ( highly unlikely) I’m now curious what his sentence will be. I would not be surprised if DA will keep tap on him.

You know, I am so skeptical about this. All the Mav's pieces of evidence were just almost flawless to fit his crimes. Judges and prosecutors were just had reached their deceptive from Mavrick's crimes and body languages. I am no shame of Mav's few of deadly sins and minds and behalf of Grant's death. People knew doing everyday roles with all crimes in the city during pandemic (COVID-19) especially Mavrick. So, there you have it with freedom with him beside Grant. Free to think about all your lives and enjoy yourself.

I think this video shows deaf people wrong ways to understand how mavrick really acted in court they cut mavrick out on how he was happy and thumbed up . This one showed how he laughed which wasn’t true . Plus did he really say he’s free ? Otherwise I understand the judges decisions and I’m happy for mavrick.

@@casillas80 of course mavrick still have sentencing to do on the 21st, I don’t get why a lot of deaf people think grant was asleep when this happened., which grant wasn’t.? Umm the hearing aid. , I used to wear hearing aid I never sleep with it unless there’s music I want to listen and help me fall asleep. Yes the mystery is still there because we never know what kind of weapon actually killed grant. The autopsy results were interesting saying the skull was so big . Most of the evidence are gone . The da Susan indeed really tried but didn’t do very good job I think she had to ask for retrial because of the deaf community and grants family . She really want to discover more to what really happened. Yes she could have done better to do more research and learn more about deaf culture but it’s too late now. It’s a lesson for her to learn in the future. Indeed it’s a mystery to know what really happened , only the universe knows .

@@casillas80 I do hope Mav can get help with himself but my experience of who to trust is the problem so I guess for mavrick , the trust issues will be a long way before he finally can know his true path. Yes I doubt he will be around deaf people much anymore after he gets out because everybody knows who he is and what he had done so he will be distancing himself from the deaf community , you see a lot of deaf people will remind him , I have noticed a lot of them are mad Or afraid of him lol it’s been interesting how this affects everyone but I do believe that he will not the same person as he used to be . He will be discovering his different purposes. This situation is obviously intense . I think his loneliness is teaching him to learn more about himself and his life . You know. I have been reading the book , Dark nights of the soul by Thomas Moore, this book helps me to understand the perspectives so I m beginning to understand that everyone have ways to find their ways through life ordeals. I don’t know what the future will happen for Mav but what I feel is that he’s going to face interesting challenges in front of him for sure and unique for who he is because he’s a deaf real life celebrity who affects the deaf world to learn from each other and ourselves for sure. He will never disappear out of the picture but yes all of this impact will quiet down that all of us have to go on. For grants family and friends, I do hope they find peace and heal so they can go on as well. Yes nobody deserves to face horrible death but this is unfortunate situation that had to happen and unexpectedly so it does change everything.

I know for people who knew Grant have to deal with his death in different ways There are 8 stages of Grief that many have to go through , Shock , Denial or disbelief, emotional mourning, Guilt or blame, anger, depression, acceptance and full recovery I’m sure they each have to deal with specific types of grief . We have both sides to give sympathy for but uh we all learn differently from each other and ourselves, this is deep and intense . We all are here for reasons that shows our lives are never gonna bored that we have to go through changes and the universe does surprise us unexpectedly every day. I think this teaches us About Life on earth is short we should embrace our lives fully as much as we can, death is unpredictable and unexpectedly but we all have purposes to be here on earth
