My neighbor was murdered and her son was accused. It turned out that he had a drug problem but we didn’t see signs. He had been to the house for dinner and had done work for us. My roommate had to testify. I went with her for moral support. I can assure you, there was nothing funny about that day. The fact that this woman could not take the murder trial of a 2 year old seriously is absolutely despicable. I hope that she is thrown off the bench

I hav never known any adults speak like that and trash someone just for their appearance. Only kids under age 10 even bother with things like she said. That employee baliff who joined in her obnoxious texting either is just as immature and rude, or, another thing I have seen happen, is the bailiff is trying to brown-nose the judge who must be the boss or treated like the boss in that court. More shame that when she was caught, she was so dismissive. Hope she's disbarred.

I would be interested in hear which judges you think are politically motivated. Because giving a decision you don't like doesn't mean "politically motivated" lol. Judges are required to give their legal reasoning on their rulings. Also you have juries and and grand juries who's decisions do not involve the judge. With big federal cases a case must pass many different checks like a grand jury, multiple judges, and ultimately for criminal proceedings - a jury. Are you saying all of these different people are politically aligned and politically motivated? That would be quite the accusation.

I think she was prejudiced against guys. She had them sit in pink chairs, to learn their place. She sided with the defense, whose lawyer, if I understood correctly, was female, and every other guy had a flaw that she had to state immediately to another woman. With all of this mean girl action resembling middle school, she likely didn't pay enough attention to actually being a judge. I guess you could also say she was too judgemental to judge. Thank you as always, Dr. Grande.

@@megalopolis2015 Her excessive weight is significant. As Dr Grande pointed out, boundary issues were all over the place here. Shame always figures big in boundary issues, and shame also figures in on excessive weight because it often results from an urge to cover oneself up (which is essentially the definition of shame) and it leads to further shame of one's own appearance. Her critical focus on other's appearance was a projection of her negative feelings about her own appearance. Her focus on men and her need to humiliate them sounds like anger from sexual and romantic frustration. It shows that it's a self-defeating circle for her, because her excessive weight guarantees her romantic and sexual opportunities remain limited. No doubt along with her shame about her worth in men's eyes is her fear of intimacy. Her focus on appearances and her immaturity suggest fear of intimacy also.

Well, at least Tracy was so obvious that they caught on up front. So often people obtain positions of power that they should never have because of their lack of morals, respect for boundaries and empathy. At least the state of Oklahoma didn’t have to suffer this one long. Thanks for covering this Dr. Grande.

The texts alone are despicable but even if she was just asking what they should have for lunch, it's not okay for her to be on her phone while an active case is happening especially something so serious. Sadly she's probably not even the worst judge out there. 😮‍💨😮‍💨 People's lives are in these crooked morons hands and they expect respect, nah, B.
