Great judge. Did an excellent job explaining the life sentence and the severity of the crime. I hope when this case comes up for review in 25 years that the outcome will be the same as todays. He should never be released. He will always be and continue to be a threat to society. He cannot be rehabilitated. This horrific murder was done because Aiden Fucci wanted to know what it’s like to kill someone and then watch his victim bleed out. Nothing more than that. Rot in prison Aiden Fucci. Rest in Peace Tristan. My prayers and condolences to the Bailey family and friends and the community of St. John’s. I hope one day you all can find some comfort and peace. Killing has been this kid’s turn-on, the subject of his creative “hobby” output - and his life ambition. All of his talk, his writings and his drawings for a good part of his adolescence obsessed over killing people His drawings show this passion had become welded to his sex drive, his interest in girls and women. As does his “throat cutting” rehearsals perpetrated on his girlfriend. Sadistic satisfaction in murder has been his pornographic source of arousal. Do you think that YOU could decide to abandon forever whatever your own sexual fantasies centre around? Abandon it mentally and emotionally, and never ever in the real world have anything to do with the thing that most turns you on? That is what rehabilitation would take with this boy - to abandon his main “pastime” interest and start to not be turned on by what turns him on.

No question to the science behind someones brain not being fully developed until in there 20's they actually look at this with sentencing but our country is letting young children decided to take hormones and have surgeries that completely change everything about them.
@DrJ-hx7wv Жыл бұрын
It's self mutilation at a young age. If they can do that, then they can be tried as an adult.... and sentenced as one
@bethanywhite877 Жыл бұрын
Thank you for recognizing that! If we allow children to decide to take hormones and mutilate their bodies under 18 then then anything under 21 should be removed that protects young children and young adults. Period. This boy should qualify for the death penalty if we allow mutilation under 18. The brain, specifically the pre frontal lobe, which is in play here in this murder, isn’t fully developed until around 25. Puberty blockers stop that development of the brain. There is no proof it will turn back on after stopping puberty blockers. Anyone know what they are finding in the frontal cortex of serial killers? Probably should find that out especially if you are giving your kids puberty blockers and exposing them to porn or anything like drag queens stripping. I know nothing about this case but curious about this kid’s background. Obviously, the judge speaks about the development of the brain, but doesn’t understand it. I don’t want to say this kid can’t be helped. I wouldn’t give up on him yet. He’s 14. You really need to understand what porn will do to kids. We are worshipping it in our schools now. This will only increase. I’m sure this was a sexual crime.

With jean short's dropped down past "it's" rearend. The parent brags how Sammy will soon be a full fledged boy. While in the back of my mind I'm thinking, God help us if this is any indication of what future generations of how kid's are and how parent's haven't an ounce of integrity, morals or values to install in them. It would've been different had he stabbed her 1 or 2 times but the overkill of 114 stab wounds in addition to his behavior afterwards goes to show his evilness is at his core and is indicative of the true monster living amongst those in that community. He needn't ever be released back into society as he has NOTHING to offer. Also, this case goes to show that when you have 'friends' talking about killing someone and goes as far providing details on how they would do so, you have a MORAL OBLIGATION to SAY SOMETHING! So many shrug his alarming words and behavior like it's 'normal' to talk about killing someone. People need to wake TF up and be proactive because next time it could be you or your loved one.

This young man needs Deliverance, real and very biblical Deliverance. There is no doubt in my mind that his heinous actions were motivated by the Demonic realm and spiritual freedom is available for him that would provide great hope for mental, emotional and spiritual stability. I'm not talking about hokey, fly-by-night spirituality. I am talking about Deliverance in the name of Jesus Christ, the Son of the Living God. I have witnessed the most demonically depraved people be delivered from those demons and completely restored Mind, Body, Soul and Spirit. Nothing can bring Trystan Bailey back and the punishment for the crime against her is just. But just because someone is going to spend the rest of their life in prison, and that is a long time for a teenager, doesn't mean that he has to spend the rest of his life in bondage went there is Deliverance at Freedom available for him now.
