FYI::: At that age a POA is important for someone to be able to make decisions for you. However, once death occurs it is null and void. Always have a will in place also. And I believe the landlord was a graverobber.

Tavon Fenwick ...if you say so... That's a personal opinion. I'm sure OP meant that it's a mistake because for MOST people, making car payments while full time in school is VERY hard. I don't know how much the monthly payment were, but the plaintiff said he was working full time while going to school full time. That's VERY tiring and not advised if it can be avoided. I did it for about 8 months and it was so detrimental to my health. Someone should be making car payments only if they have established, secure income. Also, new high school graduates are not the best drivers since they have probably have only been driving a couple of years. So, the possibility of a wreck is much higher.

My dad helped me get my 1st car when I graduated, and u did just fine..well maybe because my dad helped me lol...he had to go sign but made all the payments, I worked two jobs while going to night school just to keep up with my apartment, and car payments...it was hard thats, just life..uk?..norhing comes free you have to work for it...then unfortunately I got extremely sick again(the doctors said it was because I was over working my body, see i have a chronic illness, was diagnosed when I was 16), and I lost one job, had to quit the other..so no job, no money, had to break my lease and move out my apartment, and had to stop night school..i was extremely sad...since my dad was my co-signer, he kept making the payments that way we could keep my car...sorry about the whole life story I got off track lol
