Judge Faith could not have been more fair in this case. The plaintiff is a liar and a phony and committed perjury, which is a crime! She found him in contempt of court and dismissed his case and made him pay $500 lol Just because it's a court on TV doesn't mean it doesn't have legal ramifications. Just saying.

Not all old cars are "classics." And it's also not a classic if it isn't old enough. A 15 year old BMW 3 series is not a classic, it's nothing more than an old car that costs more to repair than it's worth.

No fuse for an auto transmission?? There are -- for the Transmission Control Module (or so I learnt in another video). Then after that little bit, the defendant talks about that fuse having blown.

European cars are very computerized unlike their asain and american counter parts there for , one fuse can disrupt multiple systems. Thats why European cars dont last nearly as long and asain and even American cars

@jerricakral3029
@jerricakral3029 4 жыл бұрын
Possible, but think about this....when ever someone calls AAA you have to tell them where you are, and where you are being towed to. He said the tow truck DRIVER gave him the tranny shop to go to. Therefore, how did he change his destination all of a sudden? I have AAA myself and I have a mercedes that did the exact same thing with limp mode crap, and i had to give them an address to take it to before they would even dispatch someone out there. Just a thought

I like judge Faith but I think she missed it on this one. Plaintiff has no reason or motive to lie. All he wanted was his car fixed, and he paid them to fix it. They didn't fix it the first nor the second time. Defendant could've likely been friends with the other shop owner given his history in the business. She never called AAA. They took this man's money and never fixed his car. That Is the issue. She settled nothing in this case.
