Thank you, Phil, for continuing to show people the kinds of things that can happen behind the scenes in the legal system. I'd like to remind others lamenting the Georgia judicial system that what Phil highlights is almost exclusively the Atlanta metro justice system. Georgia's Supreme Court seems to get a lot of decisions right, not to mention the numerous guests Phil has that are excellent examples of Georgia's judicial system. No reason to blame the whole state for its largest city.

If you watch more of the video (I won't say full because it is hours long), you see the police officer practically begging her to just give him her name. Dude was perhaps the most patient police officer I've ever seen. At one point he tells her: I only want to charge you with disorderly conduct. Give me your name, and we can get you processed, and you can signature bond out RIGHT NOW. Her stubborn refusal to ID herself, lead to the felony charge she now faces because it was literally the only way he could get her out of his car because of her continued refusal to ID herself. Now, that might also be a problem, but she was just..... an all around horrible person to the cop.

I am very glad you and your great guest managed to catch up to this and not only provide the details about the judge and her behavior, but also the process of judicial conduct. Some of my own legal mysteries have been explained by the material provided. My guardianship of my mother was marked with EX Partee and the courts wouldn't or couldn't explain why, while my father-in-law a legal officer for a corporation said to me, "That's a great honor, having a judge let you represent yourself." "I don't consider this skinny dip through -ell to be an honor." Another one was the call from the judge's clerk, "Mr. Kohlman, the judge very upset at you and plans to send the sheriff over to arrest you for contempt of court!" Coming out of the blue, that will make your blood run cold! "Send the sheriffs over to arrest me." "When in -ell would you want that to be done!" "Since, I am representing both myself and my mother. I plan to immediately appeal this and the first witness I plan to call is the judge. This has got to be his Fup." I agreed to immediately come drop in and walked 4 miles in 100 degree weather in 45 minutes. It shook everyone up at the court that I was soaking and dripping wet. The judge wanted to know what I did with Mom's $69,000.00 and agreed to happily tell them once they can explain to me how Mom had $69,000.00 in the first place. "Your mom isn't ..." "Nope!" I got the judge to agree to put the clerk on as a liaison and go between, which worked wonders. When Mom died, I was greeted with an 85 page report on her death and finances and my only conclusion was, "Oh God, they don't know what they are doing!" Four months later I am sweating bullets when the clerk called and said, "The judge wants to know if you mom has been resurrected!" "No, but if figured the judge would want to know what happened to $4,500.00 of Mom's preneed funeral account, which I finally tracked down. I used it as a way to sweet talk her into letting me try to write the final report instead of that 85 page monstrosity that would only cause problems for me. She agreed with the proviso that I keep the report to write it out if the judge wasn't satisified. Mom's life and death was summed up on half a page. I got my court order releasing me from the guardianship with an interesting addition, "While no contract can be produced so it can not be determined whether the funeral home acted legally or not, it is the opinion of this court that the funeral home acted unethically with keeping the money and is considered an act of embezzlement as that would have been the only money the Kohlman family was left with." I was shocked when my divorce lawyer just couldn't walk into the judge's chamber to let them know that I am suffering a personal hardship with what my employer did to me.

If the test maker doesn't want a certain group to vote they would just make it impossible for that group to pass, no matter what. I don't want my right to vote to be removed because of a possibly rigged test. Every single final test I took in school had answers that were wrong on the answer sheet which meant everyone failed those answers if they got the correct answer. It became so common the teachers would give the answer the test claimed dead correct because they couldn't fix the anseer sheet as the test was made by the state.
@davidjack7418
@davidjack7418 27 күн бұрын
That sounds like a great idea, Richard, until you think one step further and realize it will be someone in government that designs this test and makes these decisions. That's a very quick route to having people that make very poor decisions (like this judge) in control of whether or not you can vote. Very bad idea. Voters need to take responsibility when and where they can. That is why this channel is so very helpful.

She's okay with looking the other way when it suits her agenda. For example, the 2020 election criminal behavior at the State Farm Arena caught on security footage from the Fulton County election night ballot entry. NO charges filed. Find it. I don’t know. There’s more detail in the information posted on the GA Supreme Court website but without seeing that video - and I’m not going to - I can’t say what that means for sure

Question Did she think the Security Gaurd was assaulting the other woman? Her claim was a man was assaulting the other woman and she tried to help her. The other guy that was holding on to the woman looked to be wearing a uniform of some sort. It's not clear in the video.

If you get a copy of the cell phone footage, you’ll see that she actually was trying to pull a man that looked like he was about 400 pounds off of a woman that had been beaten up by this man. The officers did not attempt to apprehend the man nor did they Give aid to the beaten up woman. The victim actually did a press conference, thanking the judge for being the only brave person who tried to stop the man. The judge, although she’s spewed some curse words, she actually was trying to do the right thing. The officer I believe was overly aggressive and probably use excessive force. She did not sock or punch the officer, nowhere on camera will you see her punching the officer with a closed fist.
