Im the father in this episode. It was one hell of an interesting experience. My son and i are doing great now and the mother has calmed down after she realized she was only going to dig a hole she could'nt climb out of if she continued. I think she finally realizes its not about her and what she wants. Its about whats truly best for my boy. I dont envy any father or mother that has to go through what i went through. Sad thing is people get away with these type of actions every day and most judge's wont do a thing unless you have $$$. Im lucky to have a good job otherwise this would've gone sideways. Thanks everyone ❤ 👍

This comment should be pinned. I'm sorry you and your boy had to go through this. Just listening to the mother in these clips gave me a headache, I can't imagine how it felt to deal with what she caused for at least a year and a half. So glad to hear things are going much better now!

Good luck to you & your son. I'm glad things are going well for you both. It seems as if the impact of being before Judge Judy was a sobering experience for your ex partner & she realised that she'll only experience further humiliation if she tries to push the false narrative she was trying to convey before Judge Judy.

Why should she be thankful? Thankful that he is being a father rather than a deadbeat ? Both parents have the right and responsibility to be involved in a child’s life and if one parent is blocking that, then the other parent should pursue all legal remedies to get access. Only dead beats don’t bother, they prefer instead to whine and be a victim. Decent parents will do everything to see their kids. The defendant is being a responsible parent. As a child that grew up in a situation like that, let me tell you that after my mother's death and going through all her documents for the divorce I realised one thing: SHE DID NOT CARE. That is the reality - women that THINK they are right are ruthless and stupid. Believe all women? My ass on that - nope. Do not let them vote without passing a logic test.
@ThomasTomiczek
@ThomasTomiczek Жыл бұрын
Also note - just as additional detail. OBVIOUSLY quite some women are reasonable . Just look at Judge Judy. But there is a tremendous amount of solipsistic professional victims that run around blaming everything on their partner. And they ruin society.

Most of the time when a court "decides" custody, the father elects to have less time with the child. It's agreed upon outside of court. But of course, it's easier to victimize ourselves right?
@everforward8651
@everforward8651 Жыл бұрын
@@mynameisambertoo7379 "Most of the time when a court 'decides' custody, the father elects to have less time with the child. It's agreed upon outside of court." Just how do you know that? Have you taken a census? Or, perhaps, you're clairvoyant. "But of course, it's easier to victimize ourselves right?" Actually, that's a question you really should be asking of certain feminists. And, how extraordinary is the maintaining of the myth that women are almost always the victims, and rarely the perpertrators of, physical abuse, mental abuse, sexual abuse, economic exploitation, the denying of the reproductive rights of one's partner, the denying of the parental rights of one's partner, and sexual exploitation. Which is probably why that, while women clamor to be let into all professions, if one goes into an elementary school, a library, the nursing staff of a health clinic, an office that offers mental health therapy, a day care center, or, the administrative office of any business or governmental entity, one will almost always see only women working there (except for the maintenance personnel, of course.) Which is probably why certain women still claim that they're paid less than men are, conveniently forgetting that they tend to work in professions which may be the noble nurturing professions (such as the ones above), but which pay less. These women also conveniently forget that women tend to work less hours than men do (now, go ahead and say that the reason why females work less hours than males do, is because they have go home and do all of the housework and all of the child-rearing, two activities in which their male partners never co-operate.) (Now, just so you don't accuse me of being a neocon or a Trump supporter, I do identify as a male, but I also am a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I'm a socialist, I'm a convert to Islam, and I'm a member of my state's Liberal Party. And, I voted for Jill Stein in 2016, and for Joe Biden in 2020.) Thank you.

MORAL OF THE STORY: Be careful who you have kids with!!

I just read the comments and I am happy to hear that she has stopped her nonsense. Right off the bat I thought " Oh great just what the kid needs, to be raised around a liar. " I wish people would consider the child or children when they split up instead of acting like children themselves.

Judge Judy needs to have us on the show. My husband has been in a 3 year 50/50 custody battle with his baby momma. (SPOILER ALERT) she filed for full custody the day me and my husband got married. Very bitter.

You know what - these cases where people fornicate, live together, and have babies out of wedlock are about 40 % of Judge Sheindlin’s cases. People should have to see these cases to learn the consequences of such behavior. It creates chaos and dissension.

JJ is about as objective and impartial as any decent human being could be! Whether male, female or other, if you're the one spinning the BS, she's gonna ROAST YOU! For this woman it's not about your charm, your wit or your sex appeal... It's a simple case of smart vs stupid; responsible vs irresponsible; honest vs full of sh*t! Case closed!

This the VERY important example of why it is so important to be very careful who you gave a baby with. This can lead to the hell that is this case, having a child with a woman or man that is so angry and spiteful that they are willing to do ANYTHING to make your life a living hell!!!

This is a perfect example of a woman trying to keep a good dad away from his children. I’m so glad Judge Judy saw right through this mom and hopefully taught the lady a lesson. You DO NOT use your children as blackmail. If the father is violent, causing fear for their safety that’s a totally different story but if you’re simply trying to make a father lose all or most rights who isn’t dangerous, does WANT to be int heir lives without a relationship with you….DONT BE THIS STUPID WOMAN!
