Parties participating in remote proceedings and persons viewing live streams of such proceedings are reminded of the prohibition against photographing, recording, and rebroadcasting court proceedings. Uniform Superior Court Rule 22(C)-(D). Any recording of a court proceeding held by video or teleconference, including “screen-shots” or other visual copying is prohibited absent prior approval of the judge presiding over the proceeding. Trooper Young clearly had an attitude during his time on the stand. Like a chip on his shoulder. Even saw it during dash cam. Motion granted. IMO Was the defense attorney newly out of law school. Actually they both seemed ill prepared for this hearing. Both stumbling on their views and points. So much so the Judge was interrupting dissing both of their line of questioning of both officers. It showed they was not asking questions that Judge was wanting to hear. Idk 🤷🏻‍♀️ who am I to say. I just sit and watch open court hearings 🤷🏻‍♀️

Few ? Here- wasn't it mentioned there was a ABP out to be on the lookout for this vehicle? The traffic violation was the "excuse" to pull the vehicle over. What was the "RAS" Reasonable Articulate suspicion to ID the passenger,he didn't commit any violations? NEVER Consent to a search of person or vehicle- although there was a K9 on scene.

Wait yea it was true. APD briefing to be on the look out for said vehicle. Violation was only on lane change without blinker signaled lame 😒
