We stayed at the resplendent Judges Court some years ago. What a delightful place to be in for a couple of days. Mr. Lal & his wife takes special care of their guests. Great hospitality and meals! We loved the fish preparation that evening. It was a fresh catch, so we were told by the chef, from the river that flows not very far from the property. In the middle of the dinner, we were surprised by the sound of military band approaching from the village side. It was led by an elderly bandmaster retired from the Indian army, not a day less then 80 and yet tall & straight as a ramrod. We loved (and danced) the tunes played by him. Happy travels!

Really nice place for a group of friends or large family to chill out in a rural setting. Quite approachable from Delhi, Amritsar, Shimla. When I had visited 10 years back my family was pleasantly surprised. My daughters had a great time. We had driven in from Amritsar and continued to Shimla after spending a couple of days here.
