Acts like it was a "misunderstanding" and he just wanted answers about the break up when he barges into her work place. A "miscommunication" that you told the Probation Officer it was a rental car that's why there was a GPS tracker on the vehicle. Except it wasn't a rental. It was her vehicle. Then shows up at a random house she's at spying on her! This guy did everything imaginable to prove he is a crazy stalker. What a creep.

Let's not forget that he kept accusing her of doing stuff with their son in the car, only for the prosecutor to say that he'd crashed his vehicle while drunk WITH HIS SON IN THE CAR. He's asking for "couple's counseling" to fix a relationship with a woman that has a protective order against him and admitted to getting mad that she used the order to break up with him, when it's clear that he doesn't take no for an answer. I'm worried for that woman's safety.

As soon as she started saying things like 1)"He looks better than he's looked in years" 2) "He was a good father" 3)"I am entitled to some help with my child" The judge shoulda just shook his head! The girlfriend is assuming that this current progress he is making will be permanent but drugs and obsessive behaviors have an uncanny way of popping back up when you have even the slightest stress... He hasn't gotten to the point YET where he is ready to be honest with himself...just those questions that the judge asked him shook him up and made him nervous...he hasn't been challenged like that by anyone at that center that he goes to and that's the type of IN YOUR FACE therapy that he needs! What we see and what the judge is pointing out is that he's a liar and hasn't fully taken responsibility for what he has done.He seems pretty immature to me but that's just my opinion... she's not ready to let him go so let the chips fall where they may...

I appreciate that the judge is angry and yelling at him, but men like this don’t respond well to “restrictions”. If he doesn’t have power over the things he wants, then he’ll do something drastic. The escalation the prosecutor described was terrifying. I really hope this woman, who has obviously been in abusive relationships before this one, and her son make it out alive.

I know this Judge doesn’t miss a trick, but this clown was done with the first words out of his mouth. When the Judge at your sentencing asks “Why did all this happen?” and your answer is “Whaddya mean all this?”, you do not get it. This idiot has a story for every single charge. He doesn’t think anything he did was wrong, and that all of his “reasons” for this behavior are reasonable explanations. Plus, he’s too stupid to even know what the right lie is. Saying the TPO wasn’t that old is worse and not being able to remember the litany of charges against you for stalking and abusing your baby’s mother makes it seem like it’s not a big deal makes it all look even worse.
