She was patient, which turned out to be a good thing since she managed to get everything which needed to happen in this hearing happen. This sovcit was civil enough to accept when rulings are made even if he doesn't like them, and seemed to be trying to be as polite as his mistaken belief in magic words would let him be…kinda like he was following faerie rules, lol. Anyways, he has the right to make horrible arguments, so if as long as the proper legal process can continue, then it's easier for everyone involved to just let him say what he wants to say and carry on with the case.

The chapter from the Kansas commercial vehicle code is very specific. It covers you renting a U-Haul truck. There are several U-Haul trucks just tearing capacity with normally require a commercials drivers license. I like that the judge said "Uniform Commerical Code as adopted by the state of Kansas". A point that often goes over the head of SovCits is that the UCC is a state law. Every state has agreed to have the same laws of commerce as every other state. The UCC is drafted by National Conference of Commissioners on Uniform State Laws and the American Law Institute, and adopted, passed as law, by each state. Hence the nonsense of what SovCITs sometimes say "The UCC, Federal law, trumps state law".

Let me just take a second to remind you all that the growing number of people out there driving with no insurance are the reason why insurance rates are moving sky high. Those of us who follow the rules have people like THIS guy to blame. I’m the state that I work in, it’s estimated that 20% of drivers in that state are uninsured. That and rampant insurance fraud are the reason why the rest of us can barely afford more than liability coverage these days. Trust me, these people are doing way more damage to us than most people realize. I’m all for letting these people dig themselves right into jail and out of the gene pool
