Just be careful. Not all surveyors get it right. I’d get two independent ones done, just to be sure. A third, if the two disagree. The last thing you want to take action based on a surveyor’s mistake. But I agree with you. If I can prove it’s mine, I’m not letting it go without a fight

I know they defendants are annoying, but it is their property now they were supposed to notify her that she had to rectify and the fence and tell her the reason why because she wanted your land now she refused then you have to take her to court before doing anything so you can get a judgment against her to take back the fence, but it’s gonna be ultimately on you because you want the fence to be removed off your property now you can take it down but you have to also put in it place, which is on her property line, but you cannot just take it down and not put it back up
