Not always the case when your booked for dui especially with a high speed you might have to go before the judge first to get bail set and conditions for your release. If its Friday or sat or sun you wait till Monday or Tuesday. So with this guy they gave him bail right away every county is different. So he sits in jail until bail is paid.

thats false. once your given a bail for whatever reason, youll get 1 bail reduction hearing after the original, and youll get out when you post it you dont get out in "12" hours if a bail is set. AND not everyone is familiar with law and procedures they just follow the yellow brick road
