I Would love to see more proof in these cases. So far it’s just he says - she say. Then it’s all based on who Mathis likes and we all know that Mathis is emotional and in his feelings half the time.
@JazzyJeffRealTalk2 жыл бұрын
It’s civil court not criminal court. You are not required to have 100% provable evidence, or dna, or video, or anything. A person’s credibility is enough for a judge to make a decision in civil court.

Proof in domestic violence and child support cases? I'd be emotional and in my feelings as well. Also note, plenty judges take the same liberty. Mathis, and more, go off what's CREDIBLE. Says more about You, needing proof for cases like These.

I can only ask the Holy Creator to guide me to raise my daughter successfully. May she never fall victim to these harsh lessons of life. I've been abused, Secondary School crush that led into an adult relationship. No father figure, sexual abuse from aged 7-16 😭 I knew not that love is ACTIONS! Her father is in her life but I'm afraid of the values he can impart on her. Being who he was/is what guidance can he properly afford her? My husband, her stepdad is an impeccable male figure to her. I pray that she uses our marriage as an example of how love is suppose to be. In the mean time I will focus on releasing fears so as to not attract such energies to her.
