Lately, I've noticed a trend, across KZbin, that seems to be almost universal: most videos get a 'Like' from only, about, 10% of viewers. If people are subscribed, and regularly watch the content, the least they can do is to leave the courtesy of a Like. I always do. 👍

These cases have nothing in common. The major distinction was in the murdaugh case the investigators wanted to do their best. In the jfk case the investigation was designed to support a theory based on something other than the actual facts and was never intended to support an actual prosecution. Sort of like trying to investigate a case with both arms tied behind your back. One of the other major distinctions was the interviews of Oswald were never taken down in detail, unlike with murdaugh. There is no legitimate explanation for that failure. It was an interesting vid, nonetheless.

Interesting case comparison; One has to conclude that given all the witnesses that contradicted the "lone gunman in the building theory", Lee Oswald could never have been indicted, much less convicted for the assassination. But without a doubt, Oswald knew plenty and given an honest investigation, he would have exposed the real perpetrators of the greatest political crime in American history. Arlen Spector, as with most of the Warren Commission members was obviously tasked with framing Oswald as the lone gunman. He may well have known exactly who was behind the assassination but it seems obvious he knew it wasn't Lee Harvey Oswald.

I dragged my feet on watching this video - that last one I have seen in your wonderful collection. I questioned what could be gained by such a juxtaposition. For viewers who are not well-versed in criminal law procedures, this was an excellent primer. The yawning canyon of procedural execution in both cases could not be any more disparate - hell, forget the evidence! I liken elements of the JFK case to those of the OJ Simpson murders. The similarities and differences in both cases also lie in procedure and motivation - the piss-poor handling of evidence leading to chain-of-evidence issues was obvious in both; however, the JFK murder and subsequent coverup was a conspiracy born of power and greed, while the Simpson murder case was undermined by elements of historical racism within the LAPD and a jury predisposed to allow Simpson to walk as an undeservedly token saint for the LAPD's racist sins of the past.

If you still believe LHO was the sole shooter, you are part of the problem not the solution. If you want to discuss something try: 1. Pictures of pointed chin Harvey Oswald vs wide chin Lee Oswald; Lee had a tooth knocked out in high school, Harvey when exhumed in the 1980’s had all his teeth; look at the backyard photos, a wide chin person, look at the arrest photo’s pointy chin; Look at the rifle brought out of the TSBD with the sling swivels on the side, now look at the backyard photo…sling swivel on the bottom…different rifle or different model.. Just food for thought!

TED to me it would be more help to compare with MS BURNING case of Cheney, Schwerner & Goodman. Oxford MS cops ware Klan by night & that's where their full loyalties, lay. So the murders of the 3 voter registration volunteers (think, Clinton, LA the year prior) are pure inside-job conspiracy. Then there's a county ME I believe who had to show courage & competency; there's a major threat to witnesses, same as felt all around Dallas, EG Patti Paschal, who hid her film. O.P. Wright;s wife (who I think also worked at Parkland; he was security chief) had her sister crying to her on the hone that morning 22 Nov 63 about how dangerous the motorcade was going to be. Wanna bet, she later heard it was best to keep quiet around town?. Compare RFK case to that of JFK. The RFK autopsy is legal, timely, competent, properly photographed and x-rayed and sketched; no notes were burned; blood-stained items, were kept.. Voila, now all that & the Scott Enyart photos need be seized, then stolen, damaged, lost, altered or kept secret as though through sympathy for the family - the worst cut of all - no, wait, that's when they made Jackie and RFK sit next to an EMPTY flag-draped casket in the Bethesda driveway. The attitude of LAPD as with Dallas Co Sheriffs if not DPD is the same - they stand down, and chuckle on the phone when Ambassador Hotel desk calls in.
