The cookie bars reminded me of one of my favorite guilty pleasure foods that I never make cuz I would eat the whole pan: 7 layer bars. You make a graham cracker crust with graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, press it into a pan, drizzle with sweetened condensed milk, then sprinkle on chocolate chips and butterscotch chips, pecans and/or walnuts, and shredded coconut, then drizzle with more sweetened condensed milk and bake til lightly golden brown. SO YUMMY!!

The 1st recipe u need to add cooking oil to the chocolate. So It's kinda runny but when u dip the ice cream the chocolate gonna hardened in an instant

for the light brown sugar most often when it is in a baking recipe they mean brown sugar that is mixed with molasses it is like wet sand texture, when i lived in the USA they had it at all grocery stores and i thought it was normal, but i moved to mexico and no one knows what i am talking about lol
