I had the joy of turning up late to one her gigs - It's not something I will ever forget. She's scary and wonderful.

I had the same experience, I too am adopted and at 49 years old I still got some solace from what this very skillful and intelligent comedian that I have followed for years as I find Judith's comedy resonates with me, she's a very honest and open comedian that uses her real life moments and transforms them into comical stories, I love her work

The typical male incomprehension of catharsis is obvious in these comments. Judith Lucy, thank you for your honesty.

That constant sarcastic tone she speaks with seems to be a coping mechanism, to deal with the dysfunction and absurdity she had to endure growing up. It's for everyones benefit that she found the funny side of things.

First time I'd seen this. Always remember the good times when they're gone........so probably best to call 'time at the bar' on this public flogging.....you can hear the laughs were not flowing as much as the gasps.

A video with less than ten comments and still a huge percent insanely sexist. Gettin fucking sick of this shit.

OMG Judith Lucy's parents were worse than mine. Hope they get their just desserts. Sure we wouldn't have the comedian before us if they were functional and kind but they weren't to know that. Judith made the best of a really terrible situation. Juxtapose her way of coping to Hannah Gadsby and dealing with her past. At least Judith doesn't want to kill comedy.

How very very sad. A few laughs to be sure but it's kind of like listening to a train wreck, a little relieved laughter but mostly horror. Perhaps my sense of humor is underdeveloped; I hope this public therapy is healing for her.

And you must be a sexist misogynist deviant because you have no life , so to make yourself feel better you need to shit on women, that's what kind of a deadshit you are Joseph Copper, you ugly little turd.

Why the hell did you tink you'r meant to just laugh at this? It's just 30% comedy max, but mainly a riveting impressive string of beautifully written revilations. I think it would be almost mean to just laugh at that. But I felt tons.
