JUDO CHALLENGE "100 UCHI KOMI A DAY CHALLENGE"

During the downtime we're experiencing off the mats, I challenge ALL JUDOKA out there to do the "100 Uchi-Komi A Day Challenge" Originally made for my Lake Country Judo kids, now all judoka everywhere all challenged to do at least 100 Uchi-Komi A Day. Let's get strong together during this hiatus!

These are just cheap puzzle-mats from Walmart ($20) but now I have tatami from my judo dojo
