Julien ‪@Thejudonomad‬ is a French Judoka who has undertaken the greatest of Judo adventures!!
Traveling solo, Julien has set out to visit and practice Judo in every single country around the World.
I originally caught up with Julien for a podcast episode just as he reached Kazakhstan and we kept in touch and whilst he visited Australia, I had the pleasure of hosting Julien at The Judo Way of Life Academy, where he shared his knowledge with the students.
The next day, we recorded another podcast and filmed a coaching program made up of Judo Julien had learnt himself from all the different countries he has already visited.
Today's video is a clip taken from the Judo Gymnastics chapter where Julien discusses the importance of gymnastics in Judo for evading throws.
