@@andyx2299 Not really, it is a jiu jitsu technique that is used in mma, closer guard, pendelum sweep, back to arm control, then sweep to side mount, these are all bjj moves that imho work very well when combined with a failed sacrifice throw, i am gonna try it in bjj next time i roll. You could also go for a triangle after the guy pulls his hand, they won't be expecting it.

@@Joe11Blue Full guard is legal, but you can't pull or jump guard. You have to execute a skillful technique (attempted throw) to transition to groundwork, or you will be stood back up and possibly get a shido (penalty).
