from his interview, he does randori with newaza. as you know, almost all judoka stop when one throw during randori though he does not stop until newaza. that is why he moves seamless between tachiwaza and newaza. a lot of thanks for making this video. this would help many judoka to make their tactics.

Why don't they take him more often for international tournaments? He looks like he's the best in Japan right now, maybe in the world. He's got everything: strength, technique, high judo IQ.
