Judy Collins, your voice is truly unchanged. This is a great rendition of a great song. I recently created to works of art, both of which were inspired by the last verse. I saw you in concert at Red Rocks, Colorado. The second half of the concert was Simon and Garfunkel. That was quite a concert. It had to have been around 1969.

This has always been a lovely song (full credit to Bob Dylan), and this performance is over the top. Congratulations to Judy Collins. The introduction she gives is gorgeous. She sets you up for a song bound to be touching because of her history with it, teases you with the melody ("a voice coming up the steps"), finishes the historical story, and then sings the song beautifully. I agree with the earlier posters here who praise Judy Collins's voice and singing. She's still fabulous. Enjoy. Thank you, Judy Collins. Kind wishes to all.

Here's my humble take. She portrays the weariness, longing for relieve of a worn down soul. It reminds one of a farewell, someone that's looking down from above. The curtain has been opened, the vail lifted and nothing left but harsh reality except where the wander see's a different road where there's no fences facing. Judy catches the under tones very well. Yes a beautiful rendition. She is a wonderful soul.
