There will never be a more talented performer/actress/entertainer to take the stage. Ever. Her personality was second to none. When that writer wrote that Judy had a “Divine Spark”, they nailed it. The good Lord gave her something extra...

All these years later, I still can't get over what a deep, rich, resonant voice came out of such a tiny (4'11") woman. She had the voice of a 6' tall woman and of course the presence of a queen.

That’s not the dress Judy actually wore in the film that’s one they may have used that in tests judging by the photo but I KNOW that’s not the films dress. The shirt was actually pink which has faded over time. Last time I checked the movie dress is in Ireland

Yeah maybe they borrowed....but I saw a video that it was in Ireland as well. The original is supposed to have a hidden pocket for cigarettes.

I understand that several years ago somebody stoled the Ruby Red Slippers from the museum in Grand Rspids. But, I also understand, that they were just recently found by the F.B.I. and returned to the museum. Thats fantastic.

Although I love the Wizard of Oz I do feel that it is a shame that they haven't remembered how many movies and stars that Judy appeared with. Yes it is probably her best known movie as it has a great deal of nostalgic reasons why many remember it, but you are doing her a disservice if you make that the only one to concentrate on.

I’d love to visit it, Judy does deserve honour she was so talented and sweet but she had a rough childhood with lots of abuse by the studio and her mother, her early childhood was happy she said in another video I watched. She was happy until maybe about age 4 I think she said.

Mixed feelings...I am a huge fan of Garland, and I am a bit disheartened by the gentleman saying it has become more "Wizard of Oz" centered than Judy centered...I have tried for years to educate folks that Garland's talent was only just beginning when she did Oz...her most dazzling work was still to come. And that is definitely not the Dorothy Gale dress.
