As a matter of fact she rented by the hour. The day she died the neighbors came to snicker: "Well, that's what comes from too much pills and liquor." You can't help anyone if you yourself aren't ready to tackle on that responsibility. By the time Judy died, she was so far gone that I don't think any of her three kids would have been much help to her. You can't help those who don't want to be helped or can't be helped. That said, I don't doubt Liza thought of Judy and would have eventually entered back in her life and even provided help had Judy lived longer. I have to say, I’ve always best loved Andrea Martin’s send up of Minnelli, on SCTV! She’s hilarious! I never really was too crazy about Minnelli’s work, but I’d listen to her voice’s uncanny resemblance to her mother’s and just marvel at the similarities,p while still maintaining her own identity. But when she was on “Arrested Development,” I thought I’d die laughing, she was so _GOOD,_ and that experience has made me see her very differently. Always keep an open mind, and always be ready and willing to change your opinion about many things!

As much as Liza looks like her father, she looks more like Judy than any of Judy’s children.
