What comes after you knit the first 2 knit rounds?

Speaking of that Bon Jovi song…I recently bought a T shirt that has a cartoon picture of a lemon riding piggy back on a pear. The text on the shirt reads “Woah-oh! We’re halfway there!! Ohh-oh lemon on a pear!!”
