VIDEO IDEA - how would you program these variant? You mentioned some about which phase, but how would you structure the overall lifting day/program? Thanks! Love the videos - you do great work!

Chad, do you have a video on finding the proper leg stance in a squat? I usually prefer to high bar squat, and that leaves my feet closer together. But I’m pretty sure it’s putting a lot of stress on my hip flexors and so I’m experimenting with a wider stance for now to see if I get the same issue.

This will help you out: kzbin.info/www/bejne/fKDFY6qNeqhqaNU but a lot of it is just going to be experimenting and finding out what feels best.

Chad, have there been studies on these recommendations or are they more about experience and intuition? I’d assume squatting and deadlifting with linear progressive overload is the best way to improve squat.
