@ you could but I’d use high bar as your main one day and either front or belt as the main on a 2nd/3rd squat day.

Would similar principles apply for something like strongman? Or do you think the more varied nature of strongman means hypertrophy specific phases is less important?

I really did was walking a couple times during the week. I’ve earned t A break so now back to business hopefully later today, I’ll be able to go to the gym 😅

The problem with this program is twofold. 1. You can forget what week you’re on if you quit a while. 2. You basically can’t restart the thing without dumping the subscription.

@@epiwah1 1. If you quit for awhile, what week you were on is irrelevant, you’d need to start a new program. 2. Settings > My Program > New Program.
