This email/video came right ON time! Recently, my lower back started becoming sore bc I’ve been hyper-extending. Surely bc of “chest up” & “fill the belly” cues. These aren’t bad per se; but as I start squatting heavier regularly they’re becoming a problem! Thank you for this timely video!! 👍🏾 Any other recommendations on how to breathe w 360 fill instead of just the belly? 🤔

Simple question. Swimmer by trade. Hit a ceiling on barbell squat on 5-3-1 program, 2 years in a row. Always seem to hit the same weight that I cannot get past. Thinking of trying the juggernaut method but wonder if I’m better replacing the barbell squat with something else, any suggestions please?

@@TBone-r7e probably just not enough volume for you in 5/3/1. JuggernautAI App would be much better than Juggernaut Method

gotta disagree with the crunching the abdomen. Ray Williams broke the record with extension in his back, almost like a supper heavyweight Frenchie squat. I do the same at a 665 squat. Every injury I've had is from rounding forward without a belt.

Could't you try to make it ten times more boring and politicle right??? And do 100 times harder to do right then just 10 time? Because you clearly make more money that way!!!

CHAD! PLEASE Can you make a video about an “UNEVEN BAR” during a squat (low bar) I have this weird problem where the bar is never straight on my back during the squat EVEN THOUGH it FEELS like it’s straight during the squat?! I have zero pain during my sessions but it looks ridiculous seeing the barbell have this tilt. Left side looks good but right side is tilted upward..
@JuggernautTrainingSystems2 күн бұрын
If taking a video from the back, is the bar straight when you unrack?
@trainingwithcj4 сағат бұрын
@@JuggernautTrainingSystems yes it is! The bar is straight once I unrack and step back. BUT. Once I set my feet in position, the bar visibly tilted
