Re: power steering leak, a known issue is the pipe from reservoir rubs on the engine and the rubber will eventually wear through. Orig is had a sleeve to prevent this... Ask me how I know :-)

Hi my Land Rover discovery 2 coolant looks black I only changed it 2 weeks ago when I dip tissue into it the coolant looks fine on the tissue people are saying it’s my oil cooler but there’s no smoke or anything and it drives perfect

If it is not pink then something is contaminating it. If it's the oil cooler then I would have thought there would be water in the oil. Does it smell of diesel? I'm thinking of the fuel cooler. After that, I don't know.

@@sleepycatpictures1176 it just smells like coolant do you think it could do with a coolant flush an new coolant bottle an new coolant cause when I rub the side of the bottle with my finge it comes out a rusty colour I really appreciate your help

@@davegriffo7003 Yep, Cheapest option, empty and flush the coolant then pop some more fresh OAT in. Not easy cleaning the expansion tank. A bendy bottle brush may help. Check the engine oil before starting. You are looking for any sign of water.
