Your really encouraging, thank you. I finished a 28 day herbal detox 2 weeks ago and began a plant based diet afterwards. But I chose a lot of meals that consisted of vegan cheese, probably not a good idea 🫤. So after watching a lot of encouraging videos , I just ordered the namaJ2 once it arrives I plan on starting a 14 day juice fast ! All in Gods speed. Prayers and blessings my sister.

That's amazing! Yes vegan cheese is better than regular dairy based cheese (pus forming) but it is still mucus forming and constipating. It's good for transitioning but when you feel sensitive to it after a detox, then you know you're body is wanting more natural foods. I hope your juice fast goes well and that you thoroughly enjoy your nama j2 😁
