Recipes from A Taste of Well-Being: #Sadhguru’s insights for your gastronomics
Jaggery or palm sugar may be used instead of honey.
You may strain the juice but that would remove the fiber from the ingredients.
Modified the Cucumber Mint Juice by replacing curd with lemon and added a tablespoon of chia seeds.

Yeah.. Although I put some soft music or voiceover in some of my videos but only to cover up the noise from the induction stove or other unnecessary noise 🤭

It's an old Moulinex blender. You can use any brand since you won't need much power to blend the fruits or veg bec use you will be adding water

It is really difficult to trust many kinds of honey being sold rn. Even I believed that that the local honey I've been buying was real until they were compelled to label it accurately to "honey flavored syrup" 🙄

You can have these juices when you want to fast but can’t manage with water alone. I think you should observe how your body feels after having them before and after a meal. As for me, I eat fruits before anything else and drink water 30 minutes after a meal or I just take a sip when thirsty.

Jaggery we can use throughout the year right??? Has much I know n feel like honey is warm in nature n produces heat in our body,so honey is gud to consume in winter,but jaggery we can use throughout the year,right???

It's our local lemon.. But you can always use sweet lime or any citrus that's available. Would even taste great for sure

I used an old Moulinex blender. You don’t really need high-powered expensive blender coz the mixture has water and easy to blend

According to Macrobiotic Nutritionist and Health Practitioner Shilpa Arora ND, "Cucumber is loaded with essential nutrients like vitamin C, vitamin K, copper, magnesium, potassium, manganese and most importantly silica, which is great for skin and hair health. Cucumber is 95% water, it does not make sense having water and diluting these essential nutrients. It is always advisable to avoid drinking water close to eating raw veggies and fruits for better absorption of nutrients." Ms. Priya Palan Consulting Dietician, Zen Hospital, Chembur, tells us "Consumption of water immediately after having cucumber could increase GI motility and disturb the natural process of digestion and absorption. Due to interaction between the fibre and water, the body retains excess water in the intestine which may disturb the natural process."
