1:53 - Marinate for 30 minutes or more

2:40 - Bake 200°C (400°F) for 20 Minutes

Actually it works well in a saute pan on a gas fire hob. Just add a wee bit of oil and cook in extra marinade which you can then serve with chicken. Delicious 😋

I just made this today - so delicious! I used 4 large bone-in chicken thighs and baked for 50 minutes total. I started skin side up, then flipped after 20 minutes and flipped back after another 20 minutes. Then I added the extra honey and baked for another 10 minutes until at internal temp of 165 F when tested. I let stand for 10 minutes and added the sauce juices. So amazing! I can’t wait to make again and have with rice. 😍😍

I have a similar recipe.. Instead of soy sauce I use the zest and juice of either a lemon, lime or orange plus toasted sesame oil. Bring diabetic, I do not use honey. I let it set in fridge for at least 3 hours.
