That instant read thermometer changed my life. My oven stopped working so I use my toaster oven if I need to bake some thing. I love lemon herb chicken which I cook in a pan on the one burner that works. The minute, the minute, it reaches 165, take it off and enjoy. I haven't tried real lemon and Italian seasoning, but it's in my next chicken cooking experience. Thanks for posting this.
