Mine too. I can honestly understand that. The first thing when I came home (to Sweden) was to get a pizza with pineapple! Tabu in Italy. I love them all. Italian, Swedish...The pizza culture in Sweden has taken its own direction... I think the pizzas here similar to the NY-style. Thin crust, cheese, and then all kinds of toppings.

@WallyCooksEverything2 жыл бұрын
Great question Haute ☺ So there are two types of wok shapes, round bottom and flat bottom. I use round bottom which is more traditional style wok and has the higher angle handle.
@othergary2 жыл бұрын
@@WallyCooksEverything I have ordered a Yosukata round bottom. It has a high cant on the handle. I do have a wok burner so round bottom is great. I recall most of the woks I saw in southeast Asia, when I was there in the '70s, had a high handle cant. I think it was to keep their hands away from the flames.

I love deep fried pork chop. I put a bit baking soda on the pork to tenderize it. I dry out the salt in the sauce pan, and add 5 spice in the mixture as well. And of course gotta have a bit of msg in the mixture. And let the corn flour rest a bit, so stick to the pork better. Rather than drop it in the fryer right away, the flour will come off some of it.

@@carolannborison1829 authentic 1Chinese cooking recipe is always has it, but is optional if you dont want to use it. Chicken powder has msg in there too.
