If we are taking pure lyrical rapping ability, and thinking off the top of my head, I would rank Dan Bull and NemRaps (from NerdOut) at the top of the list. I would put Ty and 954 in A tier though. Most of their verses are nice, but they don't always embody the subject of the theme to me. I would say the Super Smash Bros Ultimate Cypher was a great example of their skills and how good they could be for what I look for in a rapper. I like an immaculate pen game, but that's not to say it has to be delicate. Sharingan by DizzyEight and Khantrast was one of my most played tracks last year
