I am an Aikidoka and I love the wrapping of arms and the simple ways you lock Uke. Very nice and to the point, Daito Ryu truly exercised. Thank you for the showing, Ous!

Excellent martial artists! Profound knowledge and body control. Only with intense training and study you reach this level. As a shotokan practitioner I bow down... Oss!

Jujutsu or jujitsu ?
@Oatmeal4Breakfast2 жыл бұрын
@@afendiujud4684 same thing. This bjj just took the credit. Their is no such thing as brazilian jiu-jitsu actually. They just took the name and credit and became more popular. Smh. They just combined judo and Japanese jujutsu or Japanese jiu-jitsu. Heck I don't even have to put Japanese. It's jiu-jitsu or jujutsu.

My favorite technique here has to be the one at 19 seconds, simple with a very dynamic throw.

These techniques are a lot of fun to watch, especially as an exhibition. But I'm not too sure about their effectiveness in real life situations.

these techniques are not suitable for competition, only in self defense. They are also very old school, so they are a little outdated ;). This is the bases for what late became judo and bjj. So in a way they are.
