I think Juke will have no choice no matter what than to go to the Army because that's a binding contract that's ironclad. She will no doubt be pushed to the limit there and will come out different. My son was in the Army and it changed him for the good and bad. Juke is by far the best character on the show and I appreciate how they have gone slow with her character development.

I don’t like thinking about this but one possibility among the things that may have flipped the final switch in Juke is something happening to her while in the army or even during basic training. The most painful and disturbing scenario to guess is that she’s assaulted because of her identity and because of the fact that women were still pretty new to combat duty in the early nineties. Also, this was around the time of the Persian Gulf war, if I recall correctly. So she could have suffered some form of trauma as a result of being in combat. Either scenario is heartbreaking but would make the most sense in explaining how she transformed from someone we root for and want to see happy into the cold and vicious character we came to know.

A couple things that stay on my mind regarding Jukebox 1) in OG Power she had a line about how Tasha couldn't outsing her on her best day or something similar. How far back does she know Tasha? This, in my eyes, doesn't seem like a throwaway line. 2) Officer Ray-Ray, Raq saying it's good to have a cop on your side could be how that comes about. I could see Raq and co. luring a young Officer Raymond to the dark side and having an inside man. I'd love to see how Juke Box would deal with someone like Snoop from The Wire.

Raising kanan doesn’t really do a good job as far as being consistent to the original power is concerned but going into season 4 they have an opportunity to do so because in the original power it was said that kanan called jukebox when he caught his first body and in the recent season finale he caught his first body In Ronnie so in the season 4 premiere he could give her that call and she could decide not to the military because she could feel like kanan still needs her similar to how ghost didn’t go to choate because he couldn’t leave Tommy because even in power she never stop seeing kanan as that scared little boy which most likely why she took over the plot to get revenge on ghost

I think a 6 months- a year time jump can help juke turn cold storyline. Jukebox going to the military and then come home (or progress it through out the season) after being prisoner of war. It can help turn her cold too and in a way it could cut down on her screen time if u were to progress it through out the season by doing cut scenes of her being a prisoner.

It crazy but for us O.G Power fans, but I can't remember where I saw it but it was said that they are not going to necessarily going to follow the O.G power storyline and they would basically be rewriting the story.

Makes sense to me. And I'm cool with it. I see the whole script bring flipped from Ghost as the good guy and Kanan as the bad guy to the other way around. I think Raising Kanan will show Kanan wasn't really the bad guy. It was Ghost who was the bad guy who only looked out for himself and sacrificed anybody in his way. The Kanan in OG Power was just getting his revenge. And Jukebox was trying to help him get it.

@@philalexander7902 Yeah one could make that augment, but like James said to Kanan in his hallucination, "If I wasn't raised by you I would be doing this anyway. I would have gone to busses school, I took the long way round but I'm here, I made it." Kanan knew it was easy for him to mold a young Tommy and James into the perfect foot soldiers. And he did, the one thing Kanan couldn't imagine is James having other plans about getting out of the life. Tommy and Kanan loved the streets, the grit and the dirt. Not James Ghost used it to help James escape that life, because he knew he would never have a life if he stayed. He tried to get Kanan out of that life but he didn't want it, he countless times to get Tommy out but he didn’t want. So it comes a time when you have to stop trying to help people that don't want your help and the the one person you can control, and that's self.

@@lenorawilson2326 true, but if we're honest about it, Ghost always chose himself and never thought twice about the consequences for other people. It was always about his future and who's in his way. That's why I think they created Raising Kanan. To show the other side and present the full story.
