All that butter! I am watching my weight! Got it right out there where I can see it! When you hear my voice tomorrow you will know we had the same affliction! Feel better John! Awesome recipe! Rootboy Approved! 🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺

Yes, so much butter! But you know, a lot of it was drained off at the end like I described, but sure the potatoes were definitely buttery, rich and delicious! Perfect side for one of your grilled or spinning meats, Sal. Sorry you caught that bug too, hope you are better!

French! Ole', oh wait, that was Spanish! Got to love Patrick. I used a slicer like that, kinda scary. Got to love tatters. Nothing wrong with more butter. Oh yea! Upside down tatters turned out awesome! Very cool John! A side dish of Goodness!

Thanks PAPA, they were sure buttery rich, and tasty! I'm thinking a perfect side for a grilled steak or chicken.

Hi John, your potatoes look buttery and delicious here in Pennsylvania we make something similar to that called fried potatoes and onions.

And I know why Anna went on a diet - you should never do this where I can see it though - as I love potatoes and I love butter.
@RivetGardener2 жыл бұрын
If I remember correctly, Anna never went on a diet. As a cocotte for the French King Henry whatever, he preferred them soft and round and so yes, these potatoes are perfect! Girls are nicer soft and round. Check out this Thursday's video on my casserole!

Thanks a bunch! You ought to check out her recipes when you get some time, all good, some way more involved than others. I have made a bunch of them; you can hunt through my channel if you want. These potatoes would be a perfect accompaniment to grilled meat.
