They really did, although Julia caught them out in the last chorus! It blows out a tiny bit with that surprisingly powerful voice after the almost whispered delivery of the first verse especially. Sign of a good singer to catch a good engineer out like that. Whereas a good engineer i enough to catch imperfections like that and turn them into details that add to the warmth of the recording. Great musician, great recording!
