I love to watch these two, they're so funny together. Jacque wanted wine she said beer😂.he said black pepper she says white pepper. He says garlic she says no garlic 🤣 They really always made my day. But that’s precisely why you don’t want too many cooks in the kitchen One chef in each kitchen and the rest just cook and do what they say so while this is done for a show I’m sure real chefs will tell you the same

Jacques said in an interview that the beer moment was all Julia and unscripted. In fact, wine reps were watching the filming. Julia was a badass.

I’m not impressed with the croque monsieur and the madame. Where is the bechamel sauce? Abominable. That’s not the true the authentic French sandwiches. Very disappointed

If your making a hot lobster roll do brown the sides of the roll in butter as well as cook the lobster in butter then ONLY and a touch of salt, pepper and lemon 🍋 forget the rest ! And lobster salad just a bit of mayonnaise,salt, pepper and not another thing except a squirt of lemon. My gosh they ruined a true lobster roll and I love these 2.
