Sorry guys Hinduism is a religion At its core is that reality isn't this physical universe but a spiritual universe. Our spiritual selves are real our physical selves are not. We don't strive to be perfect humans, we strive to be better spiritual beings (our Atma's enlightened with ultimate truth & elevate our existence to a place of Nirvana [happiness & bliss with no suffering]. Also bhakti needs explanation. 4 paths to Dharma [a state of discipline & duty] - path of bhakti [devotion to God] - path of karma [selfless action] - path of jnana [knowledge] - path of all three Dharma is a discipline & duty thru which we can then journey to Nirvana..without Dharma we can't complete the journey to ultimate knowledge & to join with the universe (2 consciousness into one)

Sanatan Dharm is definitely not a sectarian identity nor it is about becoming whatever we are supposed to be/materialism. Vedas, Upanishads explain and answer what we are who we are, the eternal truth, relevant in every age, and every Dharmic religion talks about it but their further explanations and practices differ. I would suggest to dig deeper it's very fascinating, you will feel the bliss.

Someone was asking that what caste will they be in if they convert to Hinduism. I will answer it based on scriptures although Hindu Dharm is not a religion but a way of life and everybody knows that. So, if you're a Teacher, a professor, a scientist, a researcher or anybody who shares knowledge then you are a Brahmin. If you're a politician, a government official, a policeman, an army official or soldier then you're a Kshatriya. If you are a Businessman, a shopkeeper or anyone who works in a business, then you're a Vaishya. And finally if you're a driver, a waiter, a servant, a sweeper then you're a shudra. Now Dalits are nowhere mentioned in the Vedas and this Varna is later introduced by people. But still, if you're a Butcher or you just kill animals and then sell animal products then you're a dalit. This is what Dalit is and the source for definition of dalit is from "The Wire" which is an anti-hindu organisation. Some facts of Hinduism: The Varna system is present in vedas and Vedantas. There are four varnas: Brahmins, Kshatriyas, Vaishyas and Shudras. People got their Varnas according to the gunas ( qualities ). There are three Gunas: Satvik Guna, Rajas Guna and Tamas Guna. Satvik Guna: It is the quality of peace, non-violence and spirituality. The person having this Guna at highest was a Brahman.They also had to pass some tests at Gurukool to prove their intellect. Brahmins were teachers and/or priests. They taught all castes shastra and shaastra. Rajas Guna: The quality of high ambition, some anger and sometimes egoism is the Rajas Guna. The people high with this Guna were Kshtriyas. Kshatriyas also had tests at Gurukool. They were mainly warriors and kings. Tamas Guna: It is the Guna of anger, fury and violence. The people who were high in this Guna were Shudras. If they failed tests at Gurukool, then they were made Shudras. They were slaves and had to serve all three varnas for their livelihood. Sometimes they were involved in domestic cleaning. Who are Vaishyas? The people with all three Gunas at a normal level but good intellect were Vaishyas. They were economists and traders. Untouchability: It was a good practice in ancient time. It was only practiced to keep distance from domestic cleaners to keep themselves away from diseases. Ab koi naali saaf kare to mai uske gale nahi laga toh untouchability 😂. Proof that Varnas were not by Birth: जन्मना जायते शूद्रः संस्कारात् द्विज उच्यते। शापानुग्रहसामर्थ्यं तथा क्रोधः प्रसन्नता ।|31-34|| This is from Skanda Purana Vol.18 Book VI , Nagar Kanda , Chapter 239 , Verse 31-34. Everyone is born a Shudra (ignorant of the path to spiritual knowledge), until the travails of samsara motivates the person to seek it. Only someone who seeks the path to spiritual knowledge is called a Brahmin. You cannot become a Brahmin by birth. Scientific theories in Hinduism: MOTION OF EARTH Rig Veda 10.22.14 “This earth is devoid of hands and legs, yet it moves ahead. All the objects over the earth also move with it. It moves around the sun. When you are blocked by the one whom you gifted your own light (moon), then earth gets scared by sudden darkness.” Hanuman Chalisa: “Yuga Sahastra Yojan Par Bhanu” Translation: Sun is at distance of Yuga x Sahastrayojanas =12000x1000yojanas =12000000yojanas 1 Yojan = 8 miles 12000000yojanas = 12000000x 8 miles = 96000000 miles and NASA says average distance between earth and sun is 93 million miles which is very close to distance in hanuman chalisa. It is because 1 Yojana = 7.xxxx which we don’t know. Now about AIT: Aryan theory states that people from middle east(indo-European) region came to India roughly at 1800B.C. It is mass invasion. It is said that after the Aryans have invaded India Indus valley civilization has been ended. It is also claimed that they brought Vedas which are holy scriptures for Hindus. It is said that they brought vedic culture and traditions that are still followed in India. There are many proofs to claim Aryan invasion theory as flase. But I will mention two. 1. A river named saraswathi is mentioned in various verses in vedas which were claimed to be brought by vedas. But according to recent archaeological evidences,it is proved that , the sraswathi river which flows near Indus river has been dried at time of 1900B.C. If aryans came far after then how do they know there used to be river in that place. 2. It is claimed that aryans brought horses to India which were not present in India before the invasion.
