Have you ever tried baremineral brand makeup? I dunno if you can order it where you live, and it may be pale to your tastes, but it is loose powders, and I am really fair skinned and red hair and I like the green eyeshadow. Also they have a real pretty blush that is the exact color you are wearing in this tutorial. I decided to use that brand because I have really sensitive skin, and it works well for me

Milani eyeshadow name is moonlight. It looks white in the pan but when you put it on it has the purple and blue look just like the vellum you used.

I know Avon is not generally a favorite of some people on here, but they have lots of "shadesticks" (I know that's MAC's term for it) in tons of colors and they have this lilac color and I use it often. They are called Big Color Eye Pencils and then their young adult line "Mark" has "Winksticks" in some fun colors. Anyway, I feel they are a less expensive alternative and thought I would share.
