Packaging matters. I’m really not of the mindset that packaging doesn’t matter. It could be in the plainest packaging and be the best eyeshadows ever and I’d overlook it every time because the packaging doesn’t speak to me. I might be in the minority but packaging is a big part of the reason I love makeup.

Mouthy Mama no, i totally agree! i’m not gonna reach for a pallet if the packaging isn’t pretty and doesn’t reflect the shades inside on the cover. i use my UD Cherry pallet a lot because it’s really pretty and the packaging is so beautiful. it perfectly reflects the shades inside, which is why i always reach for it. The color story is my absolute favorite (nudes,pinks, and maroon).

I have the ABH x Alyssa Edwards palette and 1000000% recommend it! The brights are so beautiful and easy to use and it’s got a nice variation of neutrals in there too. I would say go for it because I love it and it works wonderfully ❤️

TJ Maxx and Marshall's had the Alyssa Edwards pallette for $24.99 before all the stores closed :( But maybe if you're not in a rush, wait a bit longer. I have the Riviera pallette and I think it is super underrated! Abh has my favorite eyeshadow formula.

Lol it's just you. I love the eyeshadow/ blush/ highlighter palettes coz I feel better about using the highlighters as eyeshadow, eyeshadow as blush, etc. But I also think it's freaking awesome that you know what bothers you about it and can avoid that. I'm real bad about throwing something out "idk, just don't like it" and then getting something almost the same and not using it (shocking). You're amazing! Stay perfect!

Yeaaaaa the zoeva caramel melange. She's ok lol. I bought the travel sized triple set of that, spice of life and cocoa blend. The latter two in my opinion work better ( and are more versatile). I've passed along caramel melange as the colours were just too similar for me, and passed on spice of life bc I wasn't using it due o having so many of those shades but I find zoeva formula just easy to work with for work. Like... do your eyeshadow on the train easy. So if none of their palettes inspire you then obvs don't bother buying a palette but if you like colour scheme I recommend trying them out again 😁
