An upmarket tommy emanuel! I got bored playing solo for a Mayors banquet and wandered off on a jazz jaunt during a version of Moon river then revisited the melody to land the tune and got lots of complaints, one lady came up to the stage and tapping me on the foot said- "Our table would appreciate it if you just stuck to the melody!" Metheny made Manzer's name, after all. It's peculiar how Metheny and Lage seem to avoid each other. Would be the most exciting thing to seem them perform together.
