The second time I've watched this interview, it never gets old, there's so much great information! What Brooks said really stuck, and my fiance and I want to do this going forward "what do we want to do, and who do we need to become to do it?" Drawing out what that looks like really motivates us, and helps us picture where we want to go. Thanks Ed!

I was not aware of you and Julianne until watching the video of the Buttery Bros train with you. Authenticity is a word that gets pinned to the chests of a few too many who just don't quite know what it means; you guys have it by the truckload. This interview was SOO good!! Probably the best one yet. Julianne Hough's story definitely resonated and hit close to home. So many of us have gone through struggles with self identity, validation, lack of purpose, growing up feeling the need to constantly prove ourselves, the danger of comparing yourself to others, etc. And the misconstrued idea that if you're not winning, you're losing. So much wisdom and insight in this interview, articulated in such a way that is so relatable!!

Exactly! 42:10 - I'm there right now! And Jules' coming out story in Women's Health shines so closely to me (you know, you love people and it doesn't matter if they are a man or woman, it's who supports YOU as your 100% self that you're able to give your full self too). And so I've looked on all the stands and can not find the WH Sept Issue with her article in it. However, I"ve been none stop connecting with her mission through Kinrgy, and through Brooks' site (and I randomly saw him through Marz' video a while back first). And you, Mr. Ed Mylett I came across you from Rachel Hollis' interview..and my god you GUYS/ GALS are truly helping people who you'll most likely never get to meet. But my goodness, we look up to you guys and gals, and so thank you! Thank YOU all for being brave enough to go out and put love into the Universe. It truly does match up, connect and reach those who need it most. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU... A true fan of all of your individual etiquette and grace.

This is incredible. You said through out the video “I’m not sure you guys know how much power you have to impact people with your stories.” You were so right. I found this video during one of my lowest times. Coming out of a toxic relationship, and struggling with feeling accomplished while classes at my university are out for the summer, and during off season for sports, I felt so unmotivated. Watching, I thought “THAT. Is the kind of relationship I want, and I feel more at peace about the end to my relationship. I found new motivation listening to Jules and Brooks. Their mindset and relationship has inspired me to “live life at nothing less than 100.” Thank you for this!

Ed, thank you so much for putting out there to Jules and Brooks that what they are talking about is not normal! It’s extraordinary! Most couples, while they love each other very much, have no idea how to communicate with one another. It’s not intentional. Many of us, myself included being that I have one failed marriage under my belt, I’m still learning how to be a better communicator. 💡💡 so, I needed this interview ❤️❤️

Oh please. It’s all noise. Don’t worry about giving “9 yr old me” a ridiculous hug. Dumbest thing I’ve ever heard. Move on. Stop being obsessed with your “feelings “ and start worrying about others. Self sacrifice for others is a beautiful thing. Try it Narcissist.

@energybox68996 жыл бұрын
I can say, because I've watched a video where she's done this, Julianne does have a gift for that! She showed a girl through dance how to embrace her sensuality because she felt awkward dancing. And it worked! It was nothing provocative & something that a dancer may be able to pick up on easy but it helped this girl open up that feeling of owning herself & she had a different kind of confidence & the transition was very obvious but it wasn't until Julianne stepped in. So this is just confirmation on what she said she wants to do with that. Get it girl! Thank you Ed for having them!
