I’m glad your parents are there to help, I was 5,000 miles away from home when I had my son, at a new duty station where I knew nobody and my husband left a few days after he was born to go back on deployment. It was tough to say the least but we made it. I’m glad you have a ton of good support around you!

With the Orange Chicken you could add the zest from half of the Orange, just to give it a bit more flavor. When you add it do it with the juice. So good to see you back home in the kitchen. All these recipes look really good.

Just made the Chicken Enchilada Casserole. My sour cream was cold so I held my tortillas and used knife to butter them all at one time. Made in very easy to layer. Great recipe. Thank you. Congratulation on you sweet new baby girl. I know it was a Happy Easter for your family with small children.
