My family loves the French onion chicken. I make it gluten-free by mixing Primal Palate French onion seasoning with 10 oz of water in place of the French onion soup. I made it dairy free when cooking for a relative who can't have dairy by omitting the cheese, and it was still delicious. My nephew said, "It tastes like store-bought chicken!" He meant it was as good as restaurant food.

Love these recipes Thank you Julia. On the fajita casserole low carb, you could add the low carb tortillas to the bottom of a casserole dish. They also sell zero carb tortillas now. No one would know the difference!!

So many wonderful chicken recipes for me to save!! I'll be making the Chicken Parmesan casserole first! I still make full casseroles even though it is just my husband and I at home, then freeze it in two serving sizes. We lost all our food due to the hurricane, which included a year's worth of marinara sauce made from our garden. So I'm building up my stash of freezer meals, and we are trying to grow more tomatoes before the cold hits!!

I love the zucchini chicken one it’s one of our favorite meals, but we prefer it with the cornbread stovetop, it’s more like thanksgiving 😍. I’m going to try most of these , my hubby and I are empty nesters and it’s hard to scale down recipes since I was used to feeding boys . So far these recipes have been easy to scale down Looking forward to holiday recipes and cozy fall recipes too ❤fromTX
