I have one @ home and my husband keeps a mini on his big rig truck. I pre-mix all of his seasonings into small zippy bags, and have created a photo-album recipe card w/very simple instructions for his favorite meals. One side of the card has his ingredients for ease of shopping. This saves him issues from eating too much over-the-road foods.

Instant Pot creamy pasta and beef - just made this recipe tonight and what can I say.........Nailed it! I just made the burrito bowl dish. It turned out great! I added a small piece of a canned chipotle pepper for a bit of heat, along with some red, green and yellow peppers. Served it with shredded cheese, taco sauce, sour cream and tortilla chips. Thanks!

Hi Julia, I kinda used the basis of your recipe to make a multi veggie (with chicken broth for added flavour) soup. I added chopped onions, celery, zucchini, eggplant, carrots and broccoli. I added half and half cream for the creaminess, lots of seasonings and some mushed-up overcooked pearl barley instead of the corn starch slurry to make it thicker and healthier. I did it all in the IP and it turned out AWESOME....even I was shocked! LOL! The family loved it....and had no idea how many veggies I stuck in there! The next day I added shredded chicken and that made it even more heartier. Thanks for all your quick recipes. I love watching them and adding my own twist to them. And your Brimley is most adorable 😍🙏🏼💖

I was the same way about using the IP! Your recipes look yummy. Chopping carrots as you did for the broccoli soup so clever. It was like “why didn’t I think of that?”. FYI: I have used frozen broccoli in the soup recipe and comes out great. I recently made a cheesecake, first ever, in IP. Came out perfect-velvety smooth, beautiful.
