This is so good! I made it for Christmas and it was devoured immediately!! But, I used the cream cheese frosting instead of just cream cheese…note to self…um, the frosting turns to caramel and if you don’t prep your dish you’ll be soaking it for two days!!!😂 Otherwise it’s a great recipe and crowd pleaser!!

I’ve made this twice now and these are the 2 problems I had both times. It’s very dry. If I were a good baker, I would know how to fix that, but I don’t. And the second problem: the scoops of cream cheese don’t melt very much. The first time, I used regular cream cheese and the scoops didn’t change shape at all. The second time I made this, I used whipped cream cheese, hoping that it would melt into the cake mix and moisten it up. Nope. Don’t melt at all. I was so disappointed. Looks soooo good.

Need to start how we cook for our families. Instead of using products they will probably eventually kill you later in life , go for healthy cooking first. You will find out, our taste buds will adjust to a lesser sweeter flavor. I used monk fruit , stevia, coconut oil, and date sweetener.
